In order for us to perform services on your behalf, we need to generally collect required information in a variety of ways.  Sources include but is not limited to information that is from public sources, directly from you within insurance applications or other means of communications, third party sources outside of our organization, our website, etc.  We would not be able to perform our services to provide you with the requested insurance product options on your behalf without collecting, using or disclosing of your Personal Data.

The Company may use the Personal Data to contact you by email, telephone calls, SMS or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application’s push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the requested services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.  To manage your requests to us, to provide you with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those you have have already purchased or inquired about unless you have opted not to receive such information.

We will not share, sell or rent your Personal Data with any third party outside of our organization, other than to provide what is necessary to obtain the requested insurance product options on your behalf, for compliance with legal responses, for any other purpose with your consent and as permitted by law.  For business transfers, we may use your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our company assets.

SMS

SMS opt-in or phone numbers for the purpose of SMS will not be shared, sold or disclosed with any third parties and affiliates Marketing.  We do not pass any individual's consent to receive SMS from Smple Insurance to any third party and affiliate marketing for the purpose of allowing those third parties to send SMS.

Retention of Your Personal Data

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy and we will use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with legal obligations to comply with applicable laws, resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.  Please note, we may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.

 

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the company’s operating offices and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to – and maintained on – computers outside of your State, Province, Country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those in your jurisdiction.  Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
